These Qualifications are accredited with the SASSETA. This qualification is unit standard base. This qualification is 1 year (12 months) and requires practicals to qualify for a certificate. Practicals include, visits to civil and criminal courts, moots courts, drafting of legal documents and divorce courts. A Paralegal may work in Labour Law Consultants, work in Legal Pratitioners or Legal Firms, Assist Police stations through out the country, assist Traditional Leaders in the rule of Law, work for Non Profit Organizations, advising communities in their Human Rights, Provide basic Legal Advise |
